Many of you often download files from internet on your Android smartphone whether it be a file from Chrome or any other browser or triggering a document or pdf file from Gmail, what download is the native download manager that’s inbuilt within the OS and we don’t have any big accessibility or any feature but just a progress bar on the notification panel just showing the progress and even if we click on the bar , it just shows what’s being downloaded or been downloaded as a file manager considering other third party downloaders like the ADA+ and so and so where we get some details.

But,on Android N,which got released as Alpha on it’s Nexus flagship devices has got some interesting features over the download manager and yes it’s for good.As we talked about the cons beforehand in the above para in the previous Android versions like in KitKat or Lollipop or even in Marshmallow,N offer the power to cancel the download instantly from the progress bar.Clicking on the progress bar doesn’t have the access to do any task which we think compared to Marshmallow is boring but if we manually open the task manager we can see the progress along with some features.
