It’s a serious concern to know that cops have found that armed robbers are attempting to rob Pokemon trainers locating them using the Pokemon app itself using a handgun and also it is reported that as of now nine Pokemon trainers have been robbed by four men over the past couple of days.

According to Gizmodo report-

The suspects used the Pokemon Go game to find their victims by anticipating where people might go through popular PokeStops—virtual sites in the game that can be designated at any real world location, from businesses to parking lots to churches.

It is obvious as when using the app you are vulnerable to fake police , it also means that you are open to others who are complete strangers and it’s recommended to players to know about there surroundings before they leave for training Pokemons after sunset to remain safe.

If possible you can take your buddies with you before going to train ’em or atleast inform them about your location before leaving and those suspected guys who are charged of robbery had received according to Gizmodo  – ”  robbery in the 1st degree and armed criminal action; a Class A Felony and an Unclassified Felony ” .
