Manufacturers will jump to 10nm probably next year when it comes to mobile hardware where TSMC and Samsung finalized their plans , we are also hearing news about the EUV being applied to the production but today we’ll be discussing about Qualcomm the chipmaking giant who has been recovering from last year’s Snapdragon 810 but we have a mixed feeling about the mentioned chip so we’d love to call it a decent flagship player.
We would like to share some information with you about it’s successor.
We have more news for you rather than the Note 7 being launched from Samsung.Samsung is preparing for the 10nm node and published their details earlier this month with the Snapdragon 830 which will be a huge leap for the company as more or less every flagship smartphones are coming with their chips.
From the desk of the company’s CEO, Steve Mollenkopf, we got to know that their production would land up in Samsung and will come with several upgrades where 10nm is the biggest.
Speaking spec wise , the chip would support 8 gigs of RAM serving to be more than efficient to most of us and keeping track with the current gen it will support 4k x 2k resolution boosting multimedia performance a lot when it comes to watching YouTube videos or just simple videos or movie you like.
Is expected to come with Quad-core Kryo processor on board divided with 16Ghz and 2.1Ghz with the Adreno 540 on board.
So it seems it’s quite a huge step for Samsung and we’re looking forward to it and stay tuned for further information.
